Empire Trivia, LLC provides live entertainment services, including trivia and bingo events, to bars, restaurants, and private clients. We also provide marketing services to our venue partners. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

We value fun and respect. By using our website or attending our events, you agree not to:

- Harass, abuse, or harm our hosts, staff, or other players.
- Cheats, manipulate game outcomes, or interfere with the “Freebie” system.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or servers.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos (the Spartan Helmet), images, and game questions, is the property of Empire Trivia, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets without express written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Venue Partners). Empire Trivia is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Your interactions with venues hosting our events are solely between you and the venue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empire Trivia, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or attendance at our events. We facilitate entertainment; we are not responsible for the actions of venue staff or other patrons.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orlando, Florida.
